

As its name implies, this 8 day tour covers all the major attractions of Jordan, including the Graeco-Roman city of Jerash, Petra the world renowned Rose-Red City half as hold as time, the spectacular desert of Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and many biblical sites.






After breakfast enjoy a late morning transfer to Beida, also known as Little Petra, and the place where the Nabateans used to entertain their guests. Proceed with your tour south to the enchanting desert of Wadi Rum and a private Jeep tour inside the Wadi until sunset. Enjoy the view while drinking a cup of traditional Bedouin tea. Transfer to the Bedouin camp area deep inside the desert for a traditional barbecue dinner, and overnight at camp.
Have breakfast and then transfer to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the surface of the earth for a swim in its warm salty water. Free time and leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast then transfer to Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA). Assist with formalities and departure.
Upon arrival, a representative from Raamitours will meet you at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA). Transfer to hotel in Amman, Overnight and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast, your tour of Jordan starts with a visit to the Greco-Roman City of Jerash, also known as the city of the thousand columns. Jerash showcases the grandeur of Imperial Rome (and is sometimes referred to as the Pompeii of the East). It is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. As the most pristine Decapolis City (meaning ten cities in Greek) in the modern world, Jerash’s prosperity can be admired in the colonnaded main street and lovely Oval Piazza. Visit the town of Ajlun with its fortress; one of the best-preserved examples of medieval Arab military architecture in the entire Middle East, which was once governed by Saladin. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Jordan Valley. Proceed to visit Umm Qais, a city rich with black basalt ruins of the Hellenistic era when it was known as Gadara: a hilltop site in the northwest corner of Jordan with grand views of the Golan Heights and Lake Tiberius (the Sea of Galilee). Umm Qais is also famous for being one of the ten cities that formed the Decapolis. Return to Amman. Overnight at hotel
After breakfast, departure to visit the ruins of the Amman Roman theatre, the Citadel and the Umayyad Palace, the tour includes visits to the Archaeological and Folklore Museums. Free time in the old downtown area of the city for walking/shopping then transfer to the Desert Castles. Visit Qasr Amra, Al Azraq and Al Kharaneh and return to Amman. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, depart Amman for a whole day tour to explore the King’s highway, which was once part of the ancient famed Silk Road. Start by visiting the Christian Town of Madaba “The City of Mosaics”. You will be visiting St. George Church with its mosaic map of the Holy Land from Byzantine times, and the Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of several Byzantine churches, including the amazing mosaics of the Church of the Virgin. The park complex includes a school for the restoration and conservation of ancient mosaics. Then take a detour to visit the Monastery in Mount Nebo, the spot where Moses seen the Promised Land. Proceed south via Wadi Al Mujib, a deep valley holding one of Jordan’s most breathtaking views. Visit the Shobak castle with its diverse history dated from the Byzantine to the Mamluk period. Continue south to the hotel in Petra. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy a morning tour of Petra, The Rose Red City of the Nabateans and the highlight of your Jordan tour. Start your guided tour with a horse ride up to the Siq and proceed to explore this amazing world heritage site. The Rose Red City of Petra will surely surpass your wildest expectations. Visit the higher parts of the city before returning to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
